- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commodity prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301624Q0064 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03 and DFARS change notice 03/26/2024. This purchase is being solicited as 100% Small Business set-aside. This NAICS code is 334111 and the size standard is 1,250 employees. This requirement is for 341 TRS iPads Brand Name Only as stated below Update 30 Apr 24: Verbiage was added to Salient Characteristics (see Paragraph 2). The requirement must be procured from an authorized Government reseller. The deadline for Solicitation FA301624Q0064 will be extended from 3 May 24 to 10 May 24.
