Final Solicitation QA: 9. Do moved items need to be loaded to a truck? No, a truck will not be required. 10. Once items are moved where next they need to be transported? They will be transported to the parking garage at the same address. 11. What will happen to the furniture after it is removed? It will go to a recycler.  12. Are you considering Veteran owned companies only?  Yes, this is set aside for Veteran Owned Small Businesses (including Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses). As a reminder, in accordance with section C.2, only certified VOSBs listed in the SBA certification database at the time of submission of offer(s) are considered eligible to receive any award resulting from this solicitation. Additionally, those considering subcontractors must comply with section C.3 of the solicitation: VAAR 852.219-75  VA NOTICE OF LIMITATIONS ON SUBCONTRACTING. Services. In the case of a contract for services (except construction), the contractor will not pay more than 50% of the amount paid by the government to it to firms that are not certified SDVOSBs listed in the SBA certification database as set forth in 852.219 73 or certified VOSBs listed in the SBA certification database as set forth in 852.219 74. Any work that a similarly situated certified SDVOSB/VOSB subcontractor further subcontracts will count towards the 50% subcontract amount that cannot be exceeded. Other direct costs may be excluded to the extent they are not the principal purpose of the acquisition and small business concerns do not provide the service as set forth in 13 CFR 125.6. 13.
