- Combined Synopsis-Solicitation for HydrideFAST & Autosampler IAW attached Technical Specifications. The purpose of this amendment is to update the Technical Specifications and extend the due date until 05/07/2024 1500PST. No additional questions may be accepted. Contractors are required to sign and return copies to the issuing agency. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0324Q0097. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03 dated 02/23/2024. Elemental Scientific Brand Name or Equal IAW FAR 52.211-6. Small business set-aside. NAICS: 333516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing, 1,000. Delivery Address: US Geological Survey, Building 800, 450 Severyns Avenue, Moffett Field, CA 94035. Delivery Date for Estimate Only: 06/01/2024 or earlier. FOB destination requested. Equipment Requirement: New equipment ONLY, NO grey market or refurbished products. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. USGS is tax-exempt. Please submit the following documents: 1. Signed SF 18 form filled in with firm information, person signing, and line-item prices, offered, etc on Block 13 to 16 2. Firm, fixed price quote 3. Technical submission including Part and Model number, product specifications, place of manufacturing, etc 4. System for Award Management UEI 5.
