- Description
- This announcement constitutes multiple Requests for Information (RFIs). These are NOT Requests for Proposals. The FAA has issued a Sources Sought/Requests for Information (Notice ID 10282020) for the AJW portfolio on the following dates: 29 October 2020, 22 October 2021, and 6 December 2022 (subsequently updated on 21 December 2022). As a result of industry/other feedback, updates in requirements, and changes in scope, the FAA has further revised and updated its requirements and acquisition strategy. Attached to this posting are two updated market surveys with updated Statements of Work for the AJW Integrated Support Services (AISS) and the Business, Financial, and Administrative Support (BFAS) requirements. Interested parties are advised that the FAA no longer anticipates a separate AJW Configuration Management Support (ACMS) acquisition. The functional requirements for configuration management support have been incorporated into the AISS Statement of Work. The FAA is updating its market research for the AISS and BFAS requirements and is seeking comments on the attached draft Statements of Work and responses to the questions contained in Section 4 of the attached Requests for Information. Interested parties that have responded to earlier RFIs for the AISS and BFAS requirements are requested to provide a complete response to all information requested in Section 4 even if some of the information has not changed. At a minimum, specific to interested parties that responded to earlier RFIs for the AISS and BFAS requirements, the FAA requests confirmation of continued interest in the AISS or BFAS acquisitions and whether you anticipate being a prime offeror or subcontractor. The FAA will continue to consider and may utilize industry inputs in the development of the AISS and BFAS solicitations and anticipated award(s). Companies interested in responding to these requests for information should send their response as well as comments or questions to Mrs. Karina Espinosa at Karina.Espinosa@faa.gov (primary Contracting Officer) and Mrs. Kristin Frantz at Kristin.T.Frantz@faa.gov (alternate Contracting Officer). All responses must be received no later than 4:00 PM ET on June 3, 2024. All questions and comments must be in writing, please no telephone calls. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this request, nor will the Government compensate any respondent for any costs incurred in developing the information provided to the Government. Please mark PROPRIETARY on all documents submitted as necessary. Note: FAR references cited in SAM.gov are not applicable to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) as the FAA has its own policies and guidance referenced in the Acquisition Management System (AMS).
