Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to solicit for the provision of medical bedding supply rental maintenance and repair for the federal offenders incarcerated at the Federal Correction Center Butner, North Carolina.� The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The contract period shall consist of a base period from date of award through 12 months, four one-year options for renewal at the discretion of the government. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code is 339112, with a small business size 1,000 employees.� This solicitation is unrestricted. The contractor shall provide employees with all the required experience and education certifications for hospital bed repairs and maintenance.� Personnel is required to be available daily.� The solicitation will be made available on or about May 3, 2024, and will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunities website at www.sam.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation and amendments, will be distributed solely through this website. The site provides downloading instructions.� Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.� All Contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Management Award (SAM) database.
