- PR No: 7004473762.� This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for an RING,RETAINING used on the A-10 Aircraft, the F-16 Aircraft and the H-60 Helicopter.� This solicitation is for award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract.� The NSN and quantities are as follows: NSN: 5325-013819860 Approved Sources: CURTISS-WRIGHT ELECTRO-MECHANICAL CORP 8FGX3 P/N 125D820ABG-1 Quantity: 26 Each Delivery: FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin 152 Days ARO� Surge requirements do not apply. Solicitation will be unrestricted. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.� A 100% Quantity Option will not apply.� A REVERSE AUCTION will take place if two or more qualified proposals are received.� The anticipated issue date is on or about May 20, 2024.� The anticipated award date is July 8, 2024. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
