� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � �LTE MANPACKS The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, FL (NSWC PCD) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures to Cornet Technologies for LTE Manpacks with voice comms and external amplifiers.� This procurement is sole source for the following reason:� NSWC PCD requires a man portable rugged capability to enable 5G/LTE wireless connectivity and edge computing for teams of operators and robotic systems. The items listed in this procurement are unique in that they collocate these services in a small off-the-shelve product. No other vendor offers a man portable ruggedized product that provides both 5G/LTE wireless connectivity and edge computing in one unit. Cornet Technology does not sell through distribution and is the only source for the items listed in this procurement. �Destination to the Naval Support Activity Panama City (NSA PC), Receiving Office Building 100, 100 Vernon Ave., Panama City, FL 32407.�
