- W15QKN-24-X-1059 Contract Opportunities Notice Date: 2024-05-07. Description: PICATINNY FACILITY CONSTRUCTION AND REPAIR MULTIPLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACT (MATOC) The U.S. Army Garrison Picatinny (USAG Picatinny), Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000, the Army Contracting Command New Jersey (ACC-NJ), and the Picatinny office for Small Business will hold an Industry Day on Tuesday, 18 June 2024, 8:00am-5:00pm (Attendee Check - In, 8:00am). The purpose and intent are to continue Market Research efforts in support of a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) program. Capable, qualified, and reliable small business sources capable of performing construction and repair to facilities located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ are encouraged to participate in the Industry Day event. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) classified for this effort is 236220,� Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. Product Service Code: Z2JZ - Repair or Alteration of Miscellaneous Buildings. The small business size standard is $38.5 million. Sources must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) http://www.sam.gov The Army Contracting Command New Jersey (ACC-NJ) anticipates a small business set aside for multiple awards of Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts, under the MATOC program. The period of performance is planned as one (1) base ordering year plus four (4) one year ordering options. The MATOC program is designed to provide DPW with the flexibility to execute Annual Work Plan (AWP) requirements effectively and efficiently. Typical projects may include construction and repair to facilities in the following areas: Buildings and Structures; Electrical Systems (Interior only); Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Storm Drainage Systems; Road & Surfaced Area Maintenance; and Fire Detection and Suppression as required. Contractors awarded an IDIQ contract within the MATOC program shall provide all required resources, not limited to, labor, materials, equipment, management, project supervision, and quality assurance, at the IDIQ contract level and for all subsequent task orders solicited and awarded. Interested small business sources that believe they can meet the above requirements are requested to complete and send the attached excel file (""Picatinny Arsenal Govt-Industry Collab Vendor Name-1 May 24�), questions for requested One-on-One sessions, and below information: 1. Name of Company, address, telephone number(s) (voice and fax), and website. 2. Company's CAGE Code, DUNS number, point of contact, phone number and email address. 3. Ability to meet Picatinny Arsenal Installation Security requirements (e.g., Secret Facility clearance). 4. Government contracts: Identify small to medium construction experience within the past 3 years to include: Annual total performance and payment bonding capacity each year for the past 3 years Number of construction projects awarded and successfully completed. Include award and completion dates Identify simultaneous construction projects, per year, over the past 3 years Identify projects awarded to your company as the prime contractor or as a subcontractor Past performance rating: Three-year average for construction projects awarded. Both files (excel for registration and Word file for One-on-One questions) and above information shall be submitted, via e-mail, to ALL four of the POCs listed within the excel file No Later Than 3:00pm EDT, Friday 31 May 2024. The completed excel file is required for Collaboration registration and attendance. If an interested small business is unable to attend Industry Day, they may still submit questions in response to this announcement and attachments No Later Than 3:00pm EDT, Friday 31 May 2024. The above referenced excel file shall be completed and all questions submitted to the four POCs listed within the excel file.
