- Description
- In Accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 15, the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Specialized and Proven Aircraft Program Office (PMA-226) is requesting proposals for Fighter Jet Services to provide Contractor Owned and Contractor Operated (COCO) aircraft to the Department of the Navy (DoN) for Fleet Training and Exercise Support for a wide variety of airborne threat simulation capabilities to train aircraft squadron aircrew and shipboard system operators on how to counter potential enemy advanced airborne threats, tactics, Electronic Warfare (EW) to include Electronic Warfare Support (ES), Electronic Attack (EA), and Electronic Protection (EP) operations. The Government anticipates award of a Single Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite- Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The resulting contract will have an ordering period of 4 years and 364 days. The proposal submission deadline is Monday, 10 June 2024 at 1400 Eastern Time (ET). All volumes of the proposal shall be submitted electronically through the Solicitation Module of the Procurement Intergrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at https://piee.eb.mil.
