Description
This is a firm-fixed-price Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial services to replace refrigeration equipment for two walk-in freezers. Remove existing evaporator and condensing units. Install new evaporator and condensing unit and hook up to existing electrical service at for the Food Services Building 15 at the Trapper Creek Jobs Corps Civilian Conservation Center. This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-04. This procurement is set aside for 100% Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code is 333415, Air-Condition and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing and the Small Business Size Standard is 1250 Employees. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov prior to submission of quotations to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make a contractor ineligible for award. Period of Performance for this requirement is 90 days from contract award. Quote Submissions: Quotes are due no later than May 30, 2024, at 1:00 PM Mountain Standard time. Offerors are responsible for verifying receipt of their quotes to this office before offer due date and time. To avoid rejection of an offer, the offeror must make every effort to ensure its electronic submission is virus-free. Quotes, or portions thereof, submitted with the presence of a virus or which are otherwise unreadable will be treated as unreadable pursuant to FAR 15.207(c). All questions shall be submitted no later than 23 May 2024 at 1:00 PM Mountain Standard Time. Submit offer by email to Jacob Pipkin, at Jacob.Pipkin@usda.gov so that it is delivered into this inbox by the due date and time. Emails should contain 3 separate attachments (Experience Form and Pricing Sheet) in Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format.
