- The C.W. Bill Young Veterans' Hospital located at 10,000 Bay Pines Blvd Bldg. 110, Bay Pines, Florida 33744, has a requirement for Setra Systems, Inc., Phoenix Controls room pressure monitors. This solicitation will be set aside to Small Businesses. All vendors must be properly registered in the System Award Management database (SAM) and, if Veteran-Owned, the Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert). This solicitation will allow for vendors to offer a BRAND NAME ONLY products. All items shall be new, and not refurbished or recycled. Price quotes shall include the Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Number, Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert), Small Business Status, if applicable, an authorized distributor letter on the manufacturer s letterhead, and a copy of a price list or any other supporting information for the price submitted. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 221330 (Steam and Air-Conditioning Supply) with a small business size standard of $30.0 million. The solicitation will be available on or about May 9, 2024, and will be distributed solely through the SAMs website (www.beta.SAM.gov). The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on or about May 15, 2024, with responses due to Janice Fornaro at janice.fornaro@va.gov.
