This announcement serves as a market survey for information and comments from industry that will aid in the formation of an acquisition strategy for Pureactiv software licenses, annual maintenance, engineering support, and software-related repair services in support of Customs and Border Protection (CBP) within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The draft requirements and definitions are identified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest, capabilities, and rough orders of magnitude (cost estimates) from businesses interested in and capable of providing the required material and services per the requirements/specification document. Respondents to this market survey are encouraged to provide comments regarding the government�s approach to this requirement. At this time, PureTech Systems, Inc. (SAM UEI: NUBZEKA2J789) is the only known source by the FAA that can directly perform all the requirements for PureActiv Software Support Services for multiple US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Surveillance Systems set forth by the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This market survey may be used to determine if competition exists, and if so, whether future acquisition strategies may set-aside part or all of this acquisition to small business concerns. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) or SBA 8(a) certified firms are particularly encouraged to respond if interested and capable. � The responses to this announcement will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Therefore any cost associated with submissions to this announcement is solely at the interested vendor�s expense. Interested vendors are required to submit a copy of their SBA 8(a) certification letter, if applicable. Each vendor should include the following information along with their submission: Capability Statement - This document should identify: PureActiv software engineering services and software maintenance by performed by your company. Relevant previous contracts and awards that provided PureActiv software and services relevant to scope and magnitude of this announcement�s draft requirement. Provide information on pertinent updates/upgrades, and maintenance to software related to ���PureActiv. Number of years in business. Clearly state whether you can provide all requirements listed in the draft SOW, including all requirements for the Remote Video Surveillance System (RVSS), Integrated Fixed Towers (IFT) and Mobile Video Surveillance System (MVSS) (including Team Awareness Kit (TAK), Android Team Awareness Kit (ATAK), and WinTAK systems). Expected programmatic approach (in-house, teaming, subcontracting, etc.) - Respondents must provide their strategy for accomplishing this work and providing all requested services within stated parameters. This should include the percentage of work that will be done by eligible small, service- disabled veteran-owned and 8(a) certified businesses. All responses to this market survey must be received by 4:00 p.m. (Central) on May 24th, 2024. The FAA requests that all submittals, including attachments, be submitted via email to the POC of this announcement. Information provided will not be released but please mark PROPRIETARY on all documents submitted as necessary.
