Description
AMENDMENT 0001 The reason for this amendment is to extend the due date for questions to 10AM CST, Tuesday, June 4th, and extend the proposal due date to 10AM CST, Monday, June 24th. All other terms and conditions remain the same. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2024-03.The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541720, with a small business size standard of $28,000,000 annual average receipts (total or gross income) over the past three years. The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District, is seeking the services of a federally compliant facility to house the archaeological collections from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Northwestern Division (NWD) project lands or activities. This contract will support the USACE Portland and Seattle Districts, as well as the USACE St. Louis District?s Mandatory Center of Expertise for the Curation and Management of Archaeological Collections (MCX CMAC). Work shall commence upon award of this contract. Please review Instructions to Offerors, Price Schedule, Performance Work Statement, and Appendices contained herein for description of requirement. PROPOSALS MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA PROCUREMENT INTEGRATED ENTERPRISE ENVIRONMENT (PIEE)Submission must be received not later than 10:00AM CST, Monday, June 24, 2024. Late submissions will be treated in accordance with the solicitation provision at FAR 52.212-1. Submissions will only be accepted electronically via PIEE.
