- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the solicitation identified as Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C10B24Q0263, for the requirement for Augmented Reality (AR) / Virtual Museum Software as a Service (SaaS) enterprise solution to develop an AR tour application for use at VA Medical Centers. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a sperate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as on a Brand Name or Equal basis, Small Business set-aside. The VA has identified Timelooper AR / Virtual Museum SaaS Enterprise solution; however VA is looking for a brand name or equal solution. The proposed action is on a firm-fixed-price basis and the period of performance shall be one (1) 12-month base period from date of award, with two (2) 12-month option periods, if exercised. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 541519 Other Computer Related Services with a size standard of $34.0 Million.
