- This presolicitation notice is an announcement of a requirement for local area Telecommunication Services�(TS) at Holloman AFB, NM 88330. Description of Work: This requirement will provide essential local area Telecommunication Services (TS) and features supporting Holloman AFB, NM. Site specific equipment connectivity requirements are identified in Appendix 1 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached, along with required features. This LTS contract will support the installation 24 hours a day/seven days a week/365 days a year (24/7/365). Estimated Period of Performance (PoP): 7 May 2024 - 6 May 2029 (12 month base period and four (4) twelve month option periods). Expected Award Date: Mid April 2024 Important Notices: This acquisition will be Full and Open Competition. All offerors must be registerred in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). All questions concerning this notice should be submitted electronically via email to the Points of Contact as indicated in this announcement. All information pertaining to this announcement, including technical (or other) questions and answers will be provided to/through the Contracting Office ONLY to ensure equal distribution of information to interested parties via sam.gov. Other Details: This is not a solicitation. Please do not submit any quotes or bids at this time. The solicitation and other attachments will be posted around mid March 2024.
