- NOTICE TO CONTRACTOR This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, in conjunction with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HT941024Q2040. It is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03 effective 02/23/2024. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 811210. The size standard is 34.million of dollars. This is an unrestricted procurement, inviting full and open competition. �It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
