- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia has a requirement for Relief Valve Bench Tester.� The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) (1) (i).� Any questions regarding this notice should be emailed to: Dorene.C.Nollie.civ@navy.mil No phone calls will be accepted. PRODUCT INFORMATION: IPS CTF Valve Testing System Detailed Specifications/Requirements Item 0001���� Valve Testing System� ������ �������������������������� Quantity: 2 Network Attached Storage Device with the following specifications: System Dimensions: Height: Maximum 60� (5ft) Width: Maximum 192� (16ft) Depth: Maximum 50� (4.2ft) Environmental: Operate in 45�F to 95�F temperature range Operate in 10% to 80% non-condensing humidity Installation/Delivery: Must include all equipment and accessories required for on-site testing of safety relief valves Power: 220 / 440 VAC 60Hz Facility: Compressed air 40 SCFM at 125psi (minimum) Utility water at 40psi (minimum) Performance: Adjustable test pressure of up to 500psi Valve size coverage from 0.5� to 8� Capability to test both conventional and safety relief valves Compatible with water and oil system valves. Two system will be purchased to avoid cross contamination (1 system for oil valves, 1 system for water valves) Data Acquisition Include data acquisition and analysis system with HMI to control and monitor data On-site Training: Provide on-site training to include system use and maintenance Warranty/Customer Support Minimum 2-yr warranty/support which includes: 24-hour Remote technical support Maximum 72-hr replacement parts
