- The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of their Disbursing and Debt Management Services (DDM)�Division is issuing this solicitation as a total Small Business Set-aside for a contractor to��provide a Management Consultant on an �as-needed/part-time� basis for a total period of performance�of 36-months consisting of a 12-month base period and two (2) additional twelve�(12) month option periods in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS)�contained herein. QUESTIONS: Please see Amendment 1, containing Questions and Answers. Due to the time sensitive nature of this requirement, we are unable to accept any additional questions. Please review the attached Q&A and solicitation documents carefully.
