- This is a Sources Sought/Request for Information notice, not a Request for Quote/Proposal. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to conduct market research to identify businesses capable of providing Television Services for a base year and (4) four (12) twelve-month option years at the 154th Regional Training Institute Camp Shelby, MS. 154th RTI has a requirement for Television Service for 176 TV hook-ups with the below breakdown of devices to include: All local channels, FOX News, CNN, and ESPN, removal/replacement of existing equipment if needed. Additional details are provided in the attached draft PWS. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this RFI will be treated as business confidential information. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Offerors are solely responsible for all expense associated with responding to this RFI. Request all offerors capable of providing these services to respond with Company Name, Cage Code, UEI, Point of Contact (POC) email/telephone number, business size (large or small), socio-economic classifications (SDB, SDVOSB, WOSB, HubZone, etc.), as well as company capabilities and past performance history. Along with your response, please provide any questions you may have that would assist your company in submitting a response to any future request for quote.�� The preferred method of submission is via email. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. Please email your responses no later than�Monday, 20 May 2024 @ 4:00 pm CDT to tina.m.williams150.mil@army.mil and amber.n.young1.civ@army.mil.
