- The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, has a requirement for the replacement of four evaporative coolers at the Phoenix Rearing facility, Phoenix, AZ.� The scope of work includes, in part, providing all electrical and plumbing work, drains and curbing. The NAICS code for this project is 238220 � Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors, with a small business size standard of $19 million.� The estimated magnitude of the project is $25,000 to $100,000.� The project will be set aside for service-disabled, veteran-owned small business concerns only.� The solicitation will be posted on or about May 22, 2024.
