Description

This is a Sole Source Ability One Set-Aside to Tarrant County Association for the Blind, CAGE 1V478.� The only offer to be considered is the designated contractor. This National Stock Number (NSN) is set aside as a mandatory source with either NIB - National Industries for the Blind or Source America under the Ability One Program. ***LIFE SUPPORT ITEM - ARMY*** ***PRODUCTION LOT TESTING APPLIES*** This solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract, which includes a 5 Year Base period with no option periods for NSN 1670-00-753-3928. The guaranteed minimum quantity for this contract is 3,343 bx. The EAD quantity is 4,457 bx. The part being procured is a Pad Energy Dissipat. IAW BASIC SPEC NR MIL-PRF-9884F NOT 1 REVISION NR F�� DTD 06/11/2002 PART PIECE NUMBER: The required delivery schedule is 415 days. This item has not been identified as CSI. FOB Destination.� Inspection and Acceptance is Origin.� Govt. PLT is required. Life Support Item.
