The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic�s intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Ocean Power Technologies, Inc. for Wave Adaptive Modular Vessel (WAM-V) ultra-light modular watercraft, Starline High Bandwidth SATCOM hardware, 5G/5g Cellular hardware, ROS interface to ROBO-HELM, Protective Cover, Custom Trailer, Intermodal Shipping Containers, Lithium Battery Set, Velodyne Lidar, and Contractor Technical Support. Unique Entity ID: QMEHBTKWMQG3 Cage: 04EP7 Address: SUITE B, 28, ENGELHARD DRIVE, MONROE TOWNSHIP, NJ 08831 USA This is not a request for competitive quotes. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Ocean Power Technologies, Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) only one source reasonably available. Any interested firms must identity their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than five (5) days after this notice posts. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
