- Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to provide an estimated date to announce the results of all the Q&As to be posted with this RFP. The estimated date to post the Q&As will be around 1pm EST on 28 May 2024.� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes as the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. This solicitation number�15DDHQ24R00000024 is being used as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation is under NAICS 561612. Please see the attached RFP, that includes the Statement of Work for detailed requirement information. All sources shall submit a proposal which will be evaluated based on the criteria in the RFP. The Government intends to issue a five (5) year service contract consisting of one (1) base year and four (4) option years. The proposed service is set aside for small business 8a competition only. The proposed contract will be a Labor Hours type contract. This requirement is set aside for 8a SMALL BUSINESSES ONLY. Any questions must be submitted in writing by email to charles.d.ivy@dea.gov no later than 5/24/2024 at 10:00am EST. The deadline for proposals is June 10, 2024 at 10:00am EST. proposals must include pricing, applicable capability statement and SAM.gov Unique Entity Identifier (UEI). All submissions (questions and/or quotes) shall be submitted electronically to charles.d.ivy@dea.gov with the RFP number included in the subject line. No late submissions (questions and/or quotes) will be accepted.
