- AMENDMENT 0003: The purpose of this amendment is to correct the Customer Satisfaction Survey due date from May 5 to May 25, 2024. The amendment Does Not extend the bid due date. AMENDMENT 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to provide a one-time Site Visit information. See the amendment document for details. Note the specific instructions for indicating intent to attend the Site Visit. The amedment Does Not extend the bid due date. AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to provide the updated SOW for corrections made on Page 4 - Change 3W weekly to 5W - Monday thru Friday; and on Page 5 - Remove references to Attachment A-2 and A-3. There are no other changes to the SOW. All other items remain unchanged. There is no extension to the bid due date as a result of this amendment. Bids are due on 05/29/2024, at 1500 Pacific Time, in the inbox of Angela.Furukawa@faa.gov. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is issuing this Request for Offers (RFO) for janitorial services at the FAA facilities in Kenai, Alaska, to be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Procurement for this requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside with NAICS code 561720. Award will be made as a firm-fixed price contract, Base Year Plus 4 Option Years. Site visits are currently not available. Questions must be in written form and submitted to Angela.Furukawa@faa.gov by May 15, 2024, 1500 Pacific Time. Do not call for questions. Responses to this RFO must clearly reference the RFO number, 697DCK-24-R-00302. Responses to this RFO must be received by the bid due date and time, May 29, 2024, 1500 Pacific Time, in the inbox of Contracting Officer, Angela Furukawa, Angela.Furukawa@faa.gov.
