Description

The Defense Finance and Accounting Service, Columbus, Ohio (DFAS-CO) has a requirement for Canine Bedbug Detection Services at the DFAS-Columbus location, 3990 E. Broad St., Building 21, Columbus, Ohio 43213.� There are eight floors in Building 21 including the basement.� Each quarter two of the eight floors (not all eight floors) will be inspected.�� This is a 100 percent Small Business Set Aside.� The requirement is for one base and four option years.�� Please review the RFQ document, attached.� Complete and return the following forms with your quote: Attachment 1, Schedule of Items Form, and Attachment 2, Provisions and Clause Form.�� END
