- VENDORS ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO PROVIDE PRICES FOR ALL FIVE COUNTRIES. VENDORS MAY RESPOND WITH ONE PRICE LIST JUST FOR ONE COUNTRY OR MORE PRICE LISTS, ONE FOR EACH OF THE COUNTRIES THE COUNTRIES WHERE THEY CAN PROVIDE NTV WITH DRIVER SERVICES. The 410th CSB, Regional Contracting Center � Americas (RCC-A) is issuing a combined synopsis-solicitation notice for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide transportation services (non-tactical vehicles with driver) to the Government in the following countries: Ecuador, Peru, Uruguay, Paraguay, and Guyana.�The Government intends to award several BPAs from this solicitation. Vendors need can participate by providin price lists for one country or for several countries.� THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The Contractor shall furnish equipment, personnel and supplies necessary to provide the Vehicles with Driver Services needed for each BPA call under the agreement.�The period of performance of the resulting agreement will be 5-years from the date of award.�The price list or schedule shall be revised every year. The BPA Master Limit is $1,000,000.00 for the 5 years, where no single BPA call may exceed $200,000.00 in total cost. In accordance with FAR 13.303-3(a)(2), the Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases made under the BPA calls.This is a request for price lists. The attachments contain�the solicitation provision and clauses, performance work statement, price list, and agreement documents to include instructions for submission. Questions will be accepted until 11:59 pm of 5 May 2024. Questions received late will not be answered. Submit your questions to�emilio.g.silvafigueroa.mil@army.mil and juana.m.astudillo.civ@army.mil. The responses date will be available from 1 May 2024 to 15 May 2024. Responses shall be submitted via email to�emilio.g.silvafigueroa.mil@army.mil�and juana.m.astudillo.civ@army.mil. Late responses will not be considered. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted.� The solicitation will only be available online; to download the solicitation offerors must access the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.SAM.gov).� ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON-RESPONSIVE.
