- 1. The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 20, intends to solicit quotes for Soiled Tray Conveyor System Brand Name or Equal to Aerowerks, for VA Puget Sound Health Care System, Seattle, Washington. A Statement of Work/salient characteristic will be included in the solicitation. The Request for Quotations number is 36C26024Q0476. 2. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be a fixed-price contract. The applicable NAICS code is 333310 (Commercial & Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing), and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. This procurement is a small business set-aside. 3. The intended contract period is date of award 09/30/2024 4. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored. When issued, the solicitation will be available via the Contracting Opportunities website, http://beta.sam.gov/. The tentative solicitation issue date is May 20, 2024, and the anticipated closing date is June 19, 2024. Interested Quoters are advised to consult the actual solicitation for final dates and times. 5. Quoters from all capable and responsible sources will be considered. All prospective Contractors are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) database and should ensure that the applicable NAICS code (333310) is included in the SAM profile prior to submission of quotations. Failure to register in the database will make a Quoter ineligible for award. 6. The RFQ will provide information for a site visit. It is highly encouraged that interested vendors plan to attend a site survey prior to submitting a quote to determine the existing equipment & compatibility, electrical & gas hook-ups, drainage, and existing infrastructure. CAD drawings of quoted equipment will be required as part of a responsive RFQ package. Site Visit Date(s)/Times: June 06th & 7th, 10am 12pm. Additional information will be provided in the RFQ.
