- Description
- The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to the questions made by vendors in response to solicitation no. 36C24824Q0908. The questions made in response to the aforementioned solicitation during the site survey, as well as the answers are as follows: 1- Question: Can you provide more information in regards to the maximum aggregate value and individual limits for Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) orders? Answer: Yes. A BPA is a simplified method of filling anticipated repetitive needs for supplies or services (see FAR 13.303-1). Since the exact quantities of services to be ordered under this BPA are not known, it is necessary to establish a maximum value for each individual order that will be made against this BPA, as well as the aggregate value of these orders. The Government expects to make one order a year, the total amount of such shall not exceed $250,000.00. Throughout the life of the BPA, the aggregate amount of the orders placed under it shall not exceed $1,5000,000.00. The BPA will expire either after the expiration of its final option, or when the total aggregate amount of orders placed under such BPA reach $1,500,000.00. 2- Question: On the Price List spreadsheet, specifically on estimated quantity, can you tell us if they are per employee attending or per session? Answer: The numbers on the trainings are the estimated training sessions that will be conducted, not the amount of training attendees. You will then quote per training session. 3- Question: Is there an incumbent Contractor? Answer: The previous contract for Environmental Technical Professional Services at the VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS) has expired (contract no. 36C24818P7293). If you seek to obtain information in regards to that contract, you may do so in the Federal Procurement Data System (https://www.fpds.gov/). The quote submission deadline remains May 23, 2024, 3:00 PM Atlantic Standard Time. Quotes shall be submitted via email to wilfredo.perez3@va.gov.
