- The Medical Readiness Contracting Office-Pacific intends to make a sole source award to Werfen USA LLC for a firm fixed-price contract for Rotem Sigma at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii.� The NAICS code for this procurement is 334516.� The statutory authority permitting this award without providing full and open competition is FAR 13.106-1(b)(i) which authorizes the government to award contracts when there is only one responsible source and no other suppliers will satisfy agency requirements.� This announcement fulfills the synopsis requirements under FAR 5.201 and 5.203.
