Services to conduct a cultural resources survey, to include site records, a final report, and map of findings. Cultural resource survey and report format and content shall be sufficient to satisfy current Secretary of the Interior�s Standards and Guidelines for Archaeology and Historic Preservation and Oregon SHPO Protocol.
