- N0016421GWS53 - JOB ORDER N0016424FW096 - SOLE SOURCE � EA-18G Electronic Attack Unit (EAU) Spares Supply - PSC JO59 - NAICS 541330 Issue Date: 17 May 2024 - Closing Date: 03 June 2024 -12:00PM Eastern ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement to procure twelve (12) EAU spares including Shop Replaceable Assemblies (SRAs) and Radio Frequency Blanking Units (RFBUs) for support of the NSWC Crane Repair Depot.� SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT - The proposed contract action is for the spares for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, Mnemonics, Inc., 3900 Dow Road Ste J, Melbourne, FL 32934 under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(l), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii), only one responsible source. The requirement is being solicited on a sole source basis because no other source than Mnemonics, Inc., has the proprietary data required to provide system support of the end items satisfying the agency's requirements. Utilizing another source would result in significant duplication of costs and unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency's requirements. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement or proposal which shall be considered by the agency. However, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of re-evaluating the justification for sole source or limitation of sources and making a determination to change the acquisition strategy to a competitive procurement. A formal solicitation will not be posted to the SAM.gov website and is only available from the POC identified below. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
