Description
AMENDMENT 0001 Dated 17 May 2024 The purpose of amendment 01 is to update the RFQ with the latest Schedule Itinerary (Attachment 3) and Offeror Capacity Chart (Attachment 4). Additional changes are located in the issued amendment along with the highlighted changes. Please see the Amendment, Conformed copy of the RFQ, and updated list of attachments for additional information. ORIGINAL The Regional Contracting Office - Wiesbaden (RCO-W) is soliciting to competitively award a single non-personal services contract to provide business class, chauffeured transportation services for personnel from Munich International Airport, or train station in Munich or Garmisch�Partenkirchen, and the Edelweiss Lodge and Resort, or local hotel, in Garmisch�Partenkirchen, Germany and return. Personnel will be arriving between 9-10 June 2024 and departing 12-13 June 2024.� Place of Performance will be in Germany. Contractors performing services in the Federal Republic of Germany (FRG) shall comply with German law. The Contractor shall determine whether performance requires registration with German authorities or authorization to do business in Germany and, if so, shall comply with all requirements. Whether or not registration or authorization to do business is required, the Contractor shall determine what documents or authorization its employees and any subcontractor employees must possess to work in Germany. The Contractor shall ensure affirmatively that its employees and subcontractor employees possess such documents or authorizations. See section 1.24 of the PWS for additional information.� Please see RFQ Solicitation and attachments.� Questions due no later than 9 May 2024. The Government will update the RFQwith a the Schedule Itinerary (Attachment 3) and Offeror Capacity Chart�(Attachment 4) on or around 17 May 2024. An Amendment will be issued to include this update. Quotes are due 24 May.� IMPORTANT: Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the time of submission of quotes. For registration instructions, visit the SAM Website: http://www.sam.gov.� NOTE: All offers shall be in the English language. All dates and times refer to Central European Time.�
