- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:� State: California City:� San Jose Delineated Area:� North: Montague Expressway � Highway 101 South: Highway 82 East: �De La Cruz Boulevard West: Lawrence Expressway Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):� �4,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):� 4,400 Space Type:� Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total):� 0 Parking Spaces (Surface):� 0 Parking Spaces (Structured):� 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):� 0 Full Term:� 5 Years Firm Term:� 5 Years Option Term:� 5 Years Additional Requirements: Must have a minimum of one ground level roll-up door, which must be no smaller than an 8� x 8� and one door for pedestrian access.� Foundation must be able to accommodate weights at least 75 lbs./square foot� � Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is not required.� Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain).
