Description

***RESOLICITED*** ***This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.*** Request for Quote (RFQ) has been prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.� This RFQ will create a firm-fixed price (FFP), single-award, one-time purchase order for the procurement and installation of a Reverse Osmosis System and Deionized Water System. The client agency is the United States Naval Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRC-SW) located at San Diego, California. � COMPLETE RFQ ATTACHED AMENDMENT 001 - The purpose of amendment 0001 is to post the Government's response to Vendor questions for the Reverse Osmosis and Deionized Water System. AMENDMENT 002 -�The purpose of amendment 002 is to include a revised Statement of Work (SOW). The revised SOW adds section 3.5.6 - Temporary System.� AMENDMENT 003�The purpose of amendment 003 is to post the Government's response to Contractor questions for the Reverse Osmosis and Deionized Water System.�
