- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, United State Penitentiary Canan intends to issue solicitation 15B21524Q00000018, for the acquisition of Milk/Dairy items for delivery to the United States Penitentiary Canaan, Waymart, PA. �The acquisition is unrestricted. �Terms are FOB Destination with delivery REQUIRED during the months of July, August, September 2024 on a weekly basis. �The contract type is a firm-fixed price. �The Government reserves the right upon award to make a formal single award or multiple awards based on best value. �The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government. �The evaluation factors are price, past performance, and technical with past performance far more important than price and technical. �The solicitation will be made available on or about May 17, 2024 and will be posted to the beta.sam.gov website. �All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. �Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. �The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is June 6, 2024 at 5:00 PM. Bids should be submitted via email to cficken@bop.gov.
