Description
The 188th Wing intends to sole source the installation of session initiation protocol (SIP) trunks & the associated local & long-distance service to AT&T Corp (3SCQ4). AT&T currently provides the service to DISA who routes it to the 188th Wing. This service was previously provided to the Air National Guard under a BPA that was awarded by the Acquisition Management & Integration Center & the requirement has now been pushed to the local wings. This procurement is being made pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(2) 7 FAR 6.302-1, for other than full & open competition; only one responsible source. All qualified sources must respond no later than 10:00 AM CST, 06 June 2024. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephone or fax inquiries will be accepted. SCOPE: This PWS is for replacing analog trunks with SIP trunks & the associated local & long-distance service. All connectivity requirements & features currently transported over the existing analog circuits must be migrated over so that the transition can occur without any loss of capability. These services will support the 188th Wing 24 hours a day/7 days a week/365 days a year. DELIVERY: Equipment shall be delivered to the 188th Wing Communications Flight, Building 208, located at 4850 Leigh Ave., Fort Smith, AR 72903 not later than 01 July 2024. SPECIFICATIONS: ACCESS & PORT: IPS-with-Mgt-Router E-20m, Optical Access Interface, 20M Access speed, Shared Access, SITE CODE: FTSMARMI. Includes all surcharges, taxes, & fees.
