The government assumes no financial responsibility for any�costs associated with any response to this notice as incurred by prospective contractors. ****************************************************************************** Project Title: Tucson Area Car Seats Tracking Number: 75H71424Q00006 The Indian Health Service (IHS), Tucson Area Office, in Tucson, Arizona 85746 is seeking capable�sources for the purchase of Car Seats. 1.� �Toddler Car Seat Specifications: � Quantity: 120 Weight 4 to 120 Lbs. Color: Neutral Side Impact Protection High Back Rear Facing Mode (4 to 50lb) Forward Facing Mode (22 to 65 lb) Booster Mode (40 to 120lb) 360 Rotation Made in USA Car Seats are in comparison with the Evenflo Revolve360 or equivalent. 2.� Infant Car Seat Specifications: � Quantity: 40 Weight 4 to 35 Lbs. Color: Neutral Lightweight Latch or Seat Belt Installation Rear Facing Mode (4 to 35lb) Made in USA Car Seats are in comparison with the Evenflo Litemax 35 or equivalent. 3.���Booster Car Seat Specifications: � Quantity: 40 Weight 40 to 120 Lbs. Color: Neutral High Back Forward Facing Harness High-Back Belt-Positioning Booster Number of Cupholders: 2 Made in USA Car Seats are in comparison with the Evenflo Chase Plus 2-In-1 Booster or equivalent. The anticipated Period of Performance date is: TBD The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this�procurement is 337126-.�Household Furniture (Except Wood And Upholstered) Manufacturing.� The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to provide�supplies with those described in this notice. In accordance with the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, the Indian Health Service shall give preference�at all times, as far as practicable, to Indian economic enterprises. If your firm is capable of�providing the supplies and/or services described in this notice, complete the attached�representation form and submit it along with the rest of the requested documents identified in this notice. THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH WILL BE USED TO�DETERMINE THE ACQUISITION STRATEGY SUCH AS INDIAN-OWNED ENTERPRISE SET ASIDES, TOTAL�SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE, ANY OTHER SOCIO-ECONOMIC SET ASIDE, OR UNRESTRICTED.
