- ��� Presolicitation Notice/Advertisement ������������ GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: FL City: Tampa Delineated Area: Starting at the intersection of E. Hillsborough Ave and N. 56th St. Travel east on E. Hillsborough Ave to I-75. Go south on I-75 to Selmon Expressway. Proceed west on Selmon Expressway to N. 50th St. Travel north on N. 50th St to N. 56th St. Proceed north on N. 56th St to the intersection of E. Hillsborough Ave and N. 56th St. Required Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 22,539 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 34 surface parking spaces for Government Owned Vehicles (GOV�s). Full Term: 240 Months Firm Term: 180 Months Additional Requirements: Space shall be located in a modern quality building of sound and substantial construction with a facade of stone, marble, brick, stainless steel, aluminum or other permanent materials in good condition and acceptable to the GSA Lease Contracting Officer.� If not a new building, the space offered shall be in a building that has undergone, or will be complete by occupancy, modernization or adaptive reuse for the space with modern conveniences. ABOA SF does not include areas such as stairs, elevators, mechanical and utility rooms, ducts, shafts, vestibules, public corridors and public toilets required by local code. This requirement will house a federal law enforcement office where employees can or have the potential to�� carry weapons, weapons will be stored on-site, and individuals may be temporarily detained and/or ���� questioned. The offered building must have the ability to provide and construct an enclosed, secure �sally port�, used for detainee transportation. Sally port must have dedicated entrance into ground floor space. The Government shall have access to the space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. Normal hours of operation: 6:00 AM � 5:00 PM M � F. Other typical and special requirements as called for in the Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) package. Not all minimum requirements are listed in this advertisement. Security Standard Level III and ALL security requirements and approvals are to be determined by GSA. Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required.� Also choose 1-PERCENT-ANNUAL-CHANCE floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain) unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).� ). �For more information, visit: https://acquisition.gov/FAR-Case-2019-009/889_Part_B. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Tampa, FL, that will be expiring.� The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.� In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
