Description: The required services are for a contract to John Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory to provide operations and maintenance duties along with the development, modernization, and enhancement (DME) responsibilities for the Electronic Surveillance System for the Early NOTIFICATION OF COMMUNITY-BASED EPIDEMICS (ESSENCE) application. This project provides enhancements, O&M support, updated training courses, updates end-user documentation tools for ESSENCE to ensure that jurisdictions can use ESSENCE effectively.
