Description

The purpose of this amendment is to schedule a site visit and extend response due date. Site Visit: There will be a site visit Thursday, May 30, 2024 at 10am EST. We will meet at the main engineering office located in the hospital basement of the Malcolm Randall VA Medical Center. Vendor Questions: All questions regarding this RFQ must be in writing and may be sent by email to Yolanda.Glover@va.gov. Questions must be received no later than Friday, May 31, 2024 by 10am EST. No further questions will be accepted after that date and time. Answers to Questions: Answers to vendor questions will be posted to SAM.gov (contract opportunities) no later than Monday June 3, by close of business. Response Due Date: The response has been extended to Thursday, June 6, 2024 by 4:30pm EST. All Offers are due on/or before Thursday June 6, 2024 by 4:30 pm EST. All questions and concerns regarding this RFQ shall be directed to Yolanda Glover, Contract Specialist.
