- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. All responsible source(s) solicited may submit a quote that shall be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect in the Federal Acquisition Regulation and applicable supplements on the date this solicitation was issued. In order to be considered for award, vendor must adhere to all quotation requirements detailed herein. Submit written quotes in accordance with all aspects of this Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05 effective 5/22/2024, and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) effective 4/25/2024. The NAICS code for this requirement is 314910 Textile Bag and Canvas Mills with a small business size standard of 500 Employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) designation is 8340 - Tents and Tarpaulins. Evaluation of the quote will be based on PRICE ONLY; award will be made to the vendor whose response represents the Best Value to the government. **NOTE** Please see the FAR clause 52.212-2 � Evaluation � Commercial Products and Commercial Services for full evaluation information and included addendum. This acquisition has a Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating of: None Set-Aside: None Questions and requests for clarification in response to this solicitation shall be submitted via email to Scott Wittry at scott.m.wittry.civ@army.mil no later than the date and time below: LAST DATE TO SUBMIT QUESTIONS/CLARIFICATIONS: May 31, 2024 Responses will be consolidated and posted as an amendment to this combined synopsis/solicitation. Quotations in response to this solicitation shall be submitted via email to Scott Wittry at scott.m.wittry.civ@army.mil no later than the date and time below: SOLICITATION CLOSING DATE: Wednesday June 5, 2024 SOLICITATION CLOSING TIME: 11:59 PM PDT Quotations received after solicitation close and/or incomplete quotations that do not contain all the stated solicitation submittal requirements will not be considered for award. Interested offeror quotations shall be valid for at least 15 days after the solicitation close date. Requirement Description: The Nevada Army National Guard (NVANG) requires HDT Expeditionary Systems, Inc. tents and accessories.� This requirement is a brand name only with exact part/model numbers and quantities.� Please see the attached Purchase Description for Shipping Address, Model Numbers, and Quantities. Submit a quote with itemized costs for materials and shipping on company letterhead electronically.� Include your Company Name, Address, UEI, and CAGE CODE in the submission of your quote.�
