- VTS bus repair services VA 25926 for Black Hills VA Health Care System. This is a solicitation conducted using FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). Solicitation number 36C26324Q0743 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). This procurement is a full and open competition. Prospective offerors must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and the Vendor Information Page (VIP) at time of offer to the Government (https://www.sam.gov). Additionally, prospective offers must be registered in the https://dsbs.sba.gov database. Quotes will only be accepted from responsible contractors. The period of performance is 6-14-2024 to 9-14-2024 for the base year period of performance.
