This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation, obligation, or committment by the Bemidji Area Indian Health Service.� This notice is intended strictly for Market Research to determine if there is a 100% Set Aside for ""Buy Indian"" firm..� pursuant to the negotiation authority of the ""Buy Indian Act"", 25 USC.47. who may be able to fulfill the requirements set forth is this request.� The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification/socioeconomic status. This request IS NOT A SOLICITATION.� The NAICS code for this request is: 621511 Medical Laboratories. Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE's) as defined by the ""Buy Indian Act"" are required to be registered and certified in the System for Award Management (SAM).� Responses should also include: company name, address, point of contact, UEI number, and business size pursuant to NAICS code.�� IEE CERTICATION/REPRESENTATION ATTACHMENT REQUIRED.
