- This request for quote (RFQ) solicitation # 12505B24Q0204 is for a Locator 6 Plus Rack and Box System with Level Monitor, cart and Accessories in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) provided in the �Attachments/Links� section. The associated NAICS is 334516 (Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing) with a small business size standard of under 1,000 employees. The applicable PSC is 6640. This solicitation is issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside AND An award being made is subject to the availability of funds. Any questions and all quotes must be submitted in writing via email to Jeffery Kathman jeffery.kathman@usda.gov with the solicitation number �12505B24Q0204� and title "" Locator 6 Plus Rack and Box System with Level Monitor "" in the subject line, body, or attachments of the email. Questions are due by or before 12:00 PM CT on 4 June 2024. Answers to questions received before the deadline will be posted in an amendment to the solicitation. A completed SF1449 shall be include with your quote. It is also strongly advised that a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3 be included with all quotes.
