Submission Requirements:� Interested sources are invited to respond to this sources sought announcement by submitting the following: Contractor Information. Please provide the following: Company name Company address Point of Contact name, phone number, and email CAGE code and UE ID number NAICS Codes and Size of business associated - Large Business or Small Business.� If a small business, please provide the socioeconomic status (veteran-owned, woman-owned, etc.) If the product can be solicited from a General Services Administration (GSA) schedule contract vehicle or Open market. A brief description of the capability, resources, technical competencies and organizational experience relative to the key task areas.� Describe your capability to self-perform this requirement Describe your resources to self-perform this requirement Describe your technical competencies to self-perform this requirement Describe any relative or recent experience in relation to this requirement performed as the prime vendor and provide the contract number.
