- Solicitation for Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope and Accessory Detectors (Quantity 1) NAICS: 333516, Analytical Laboratory and Instrument Manufacturing, 1,000. This opportunity is not set-aside for small businesses. Evaluation criteria: trade-off. Delivery Address: US Geological Survey, Alaska Volcano Observatory, 4230 University Drive, Anchorage AK 99508. Delivery by: 12/31/2024 or earlier. FOB destination requested. Equipment Requirement: New equipment ONLY, NO grey market or refurbished products. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. USGS is tax-exempt. Offerors must submit sufficient documentation to demonstrate their capability to perform the required services. Failure to provide the requested information may result in removal from the award consideration. Please submit the following documents: 1.
