- In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.11 Public Announcements, the FAA has a requirement for Engineering Professional Services at the Central Service Area (CSA) Districts (Kansas, Indianapolis, Dallas, Minneapolis, Cleveland, Chicago, Houston, Albuquerque) to support the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) projects coordination at the CSA Districts. The following Engineer diciplines will be required under this effort: Two (2) Civil Engineers� One (1) Mechanical Engineer - (HVAC or Elevator) Please review all attachments pertaining to this solicitation prior to submitting an offer. This requirement is set-aside for all vendors listed in the FAA Qualified Vendors List (QVL) for District Project Coordination and Engineer Project Oversight Contract Support for the Air Traffic Organization (ATO). Question concerning this solicitation must be received prior to the closing date of the solicitation. Please email your questions to Hector L De Jesus @ hector.l.de.jesus@faa.gov. In order to be considered Offerors must have an active registration in www.SAM.gov and offers must include all of the required documents outline in Section L of the solicitation. Note: This announcement is not intended to guarantee procurement of the services associated with this effort and must not be construed as commitment by the government to enter into a contract. The FAA will not pay for and is not liable for costs associated with the preparation and submittal of responses to this announcement. Any costs associated with the submission of a response to this request are solely at the interested vendor�s expense.
