Description: This requirement is to remove a tree and stump inside of a courtyard on Dyess AFB in Abilene, TX. The tree will need to be removed in a manner to ensure that it does not grow back. The tree is approximately 31 feet high and approximately 2 feet wide. The tree and all limbs will need to be removed from the location. Soil will need to be placed and leveled to match existing soil in the courtyard.
