Please provide your total price and a COA in pdf. format to dlaenergyfepca@dla.mil i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6. Award made under this solicitation will be made using FAR 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation, SPE60524Q0133, is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) This acquisition is full and open competition issued under NAICS code 324110. The purchase order resulting from this procurement will be a firm fixed-price purchase order. The solicitation, SPE60524Q0133, is Issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP; FAR part 13), with FAR part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items). DLA Energy may require a vendor to sign the SF1449 prior to being offered this delivery. This would be sent by email and may have a response window of as little as two (2) hours. Upon request, the vendor must return the signed SF1449 by the deadline specified. If this is not returned by the specified deadline, DLA Energy reserves the right to offer this delivery to a different vendor. 3.
