Description

Solicitation N0042124Q0289 is issued as a brand name procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed delivery order on a brand name basis for Legrand/Chief Manufacturing, Planar, Shure and Vaddio, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 8.405-6(b)(1). This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror�s initial offer should represent the vendor�s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. This is a brand-name only purchase; no substitutions will be accepted. �You must quote enough technical information to evaluate your quote. �Your quote will only be evaluated on the information you submit. Award will be made to the vendor that submits the lowest, aggregate, firm fixed-price, brand name quote. �If two or more quotes are equal the award shall be made by drawing of lot limited to valid quotes.
